‘The Power of the Network’

Jo Taylor,
Head of Learning, Internal Diversity Strategy and 4talent, Channel 4 Television

Jo, an experienced television professional believes that ‘The Power of the Network’ is a phrase which has never been more important, indeed it is now more important than what you know and this has never been more prevalent in the key challenges that businesses are facing in recruiting, developing and nurturing their employees. Passionate about breaking down barriers to entry, nurturing and developing talent and ensuring that businesses maximise their strategies both culturally and economically, Jo will address why this is important, whether there is a danger that it can limit diversity, and how, as leaders, do we encourage and embrace this in our businesses.
