Aspire - Leadership for the future

Create a diverse organisation where everyone wants to work and progress

ASPIRE works with corporate diversity programme leaders, human resources professionals and senior leaders to assess organisational needs, address female talent acquisition and retention issues and design tailor-made programmes to develop and advance high-performing female leaders.

Our programmes include those designed specifically for you and your organisation, as well as access to a range of skills-building programmes and dialogue forums sponsored by ASPIRE that are open to the public.  Take a look at some of our case studies here.

ASPIRE works with your organisation to bench mark, research and measure organisational needs around gender diversity and inclusion; and then to implement, re-design, or enhance a current or emerging gender diversity programme or women’s network.

ASPIRE provides individual and group training experiences to advance women managers, provide networking opportunities for senior women and facilitate mixed gender working groups and corporate teams.

"Aspire has helped us develop a programme called Values Based Leadership, the results of which have been simply quite stunning. Over 200 female managers and partners have attended the course in the last 6 months and the feedback has been incredibly positive. Reports of increased self-confidence, clearer vision in terms of building and progressing careers means a greater chance that these people will stay with us. That is very positive for them as individuals as for us as a business. A win:win." - Mark Sherfield, Management Executive Partner, BDO LLP

“We worked with Aspire to launch a programme of activity to increase the gender diversity in our Global Operations function and Aspire’s work is focused very much on promoting this area of expertise, so it was a really good fit with what we were looking to do. We had a really positive experience and we’ve received great feedback from our employees who have participated in events to date.” - Laura Howard, Diversity Programme sponsor, Astra Zeneca

“We are very grateful to Sam Collins and Aspire for the inspirational work they are doing with our women and for the support they are providing to make a difference to women at Merlin. Sam’s energy and passion are infectious.  You walk away from one of her sessions with a clear sense of what you need to do to change and improve. Her language, her examples and her general approach are relevant across different cultures and contexts.” Tea Colaianni , Group Human Resources Director, Merlin Entertainments Plc

Building Blocks for the Girls

We have to believe inside that we deserve to be where we are, and to achieve what we have achieved. But we also have to understand that we cannot hold a belief that society owes us anything and instead make our own destinies, and likewise complain that nothing will ever change without understanding that we can control our own reality.
